Thursday Favorite Things #421

I’m so happy you’re here for another Thursday Favorite Things link party!  I’m excited to see what you’ll be sharing with us today.

Phew, I have been having a hard time getting back into my regular routine, after the holidays. How about you?  I just want to keep drinking hot cocoa, watching Christmas movies, and going out to dinner with my husband several times a week!  Wish I had the luxury to do those things! But, hey, this is January 9, so I will step it up!

I’m focusing on good health and fresh beginnings for the new year, and I’m also going to spend more time actually doing my lettering, crafts, and photography, rather than just pinning them. I love the new year, and I love seeing all of the posts about goals and fresh starts!

I’d love it if you would pin this Features collage!

On with the party!  As a reminder, please remember to leave a comment with your link number, and please pin from the original blogs.  By adding your link here, you are giving permission to use your photos for features related to the party.

Here are my features from last week:

  2. I had such a long time off work for the holidays…it was great. It was not easy to go back to work on Monday! Today I'm sharing #67. 🙂

  3. Happy New Year, Pam! Living in Florida where it's hot all the time, you'd think hot cocoa would be an on occasion thing, but I find hot cocoa to be such a comforting, delicious treat that I find time to enjoy it throughout the year. Who says you have to give that one up? 😉

I took the last two weeks off from linking up since a lot of parties were taking breaks too, so I have a little more to share than usual.

This week, I am sharing the BEST banana bread recipe (not mine, but I love it!), a precious lacy angel ornament I made (still not sure how I want to finish it yet) #102, the actual garter that I made for my wedding #104 and my new cabled Gansey inspired scarf #106.

    1. Happy New Year to you too, Alexndra! I do enjoy the hot cocoa, too! And, you're right–it's an all winter thing. 🙂

Can't wait to see your posts!

  4. So glad to be back to link parties! Thanks for co-hosting! I'm at 107-109 this week! Happy New Year!

  5. Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 12-30 to 1-3 on my blog. On Tuesday morning was a Christmas Tree Pizza Pull Apart. Wednesday was Croissant French Toast with Strawberries . And wrapping up the Holidays was Slow Cooker Mushroom Barley Soup. Enjoy!

  6. Thank you for featuring our Fantastic Banana Bread. It is such a delicious recipe. Our posts this week are: #164, #165, & #166. Have a great week.

  7. Cookie tins with maps – how cute is that!?! Thanks for hosting and all the wonderful inspiration, Pam. I'm sharing inspiration today at #197, 198 and 199. Hope you enjoy the ideas and glimpses around our home. Sending sunshine from the desert where I'm visiting family and enjoying the majesty of mountains. Happy weekend, friend.

    1. Aren't those tins great?! Thanks for being here, Michele. I'll take the sunshine, and I hope you're enjoying your trip!

  8. The tins are cool with the maps on them! I really should work on some fitness goals for the year, ones I can stick to. We used to go walking 8-10 miles on a trail once a week, but schedules have since stopped that. I need to get back to that again! The fresh air was amazing.

I am at 205 and 206 this week. Hope you have a wonderful week ahead 🙂

    1. I love those tins so much! I am trying hard to get into a fitness routine, but I find it so hard to establish habits. (Something about an old dog and new tricks??) We have a treadmill that stares at me all of the time, but I do enjoy the walks outside so much more.

I hope you have a wonderful week too!

  9. Hi Pam,

I am numbers 211, 212, and 213 this week. I really enjoyed creating the Tea Sign. Enjoy!
