Thursday Favorite Things #454

Welcome to the Thursday Favorite Things (TFT) link party. I’m really glad you’re here.

If you have kids, have they started back to school yet?  Or back to hybrid school?  Or back to virtual school?  Yikes!  However you are doing school, I wish you and your kids a wonderful school year and strength to handle it.  Among other things, this pandemic has been a lesson in being flexible, true?

Along those same lines, on the blog this week, I shared about taking the leap to full homeschooling and how it could be a good time to start, for those who may have been considering it as an option.  You can read it here: Is The Leap to Full Homeschooling Right for You Now?

Also, don’t forget to enter the Happy Day Giveaway for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card!

Here are my features from last week’s party:

  1. Hi, Pam; it's hard to believe that summer is ending, I also feel for children, parents and teachers, hoping everything will work out at schools or home, or both. Thank you for hosting another great party, and especially for choosing my Garibaldi cupcakes amongst your features, it sure has made my day! This week I am sharing two recipes inspired by the Mexican state of Nayarit #29 Zarandeado Fish and #33 Banana Bread. Have a wonderful week!

  2. Pam, thanks so very much for featuring my Back to School Memories table —- such a lovely compliment! My sons are all grown now. In fact, we are heading to Philly next week to help our youngest move into his new home — a 100 year old, but fully gutted and redone row house. I’m sharing the wine cork wreath I made him as a housewarming gift this week.

  3. Thank you so much Pam! I am crazy about the floral wall art, what a cute idea! My links are #24, 25, 28. Good luck with the home schooling, it's a huge challenge I know…and you're right, flexibility is key!
