Thursday Favorite Things #629

Welcome to the Thursday Favorite Things link party and blog hop. I’ve really been enjoying the fall inspiration you all have been sharing, along with the amazing decor, DIYs, food, style, and tips. (I get so hungry when I’m looking over all of the links.) It’s really difficult to choose features.

Party Starts Thursday at 10:00 Central Time and Runs Through Saturday.

So, our backyard project is just about complete. The new sod is flourishing, and the deck that was repositioned after the pool was removed was just stained over the last couple of days. I’m so glad the deck is finally stained. But…it rained unexpectedly, so I’m slightly worried about the deck stain. The rain started just shy of the 24 hour mark of the last bit of the staining, and that’s a little sooner than is optimal. But, I’m hoping for the best. (There was no rain in the forecast when they started staining the deck!) I’m a little closer to having some before and after photos for you. I did appreciate having a pool for quite some time, but I’m now appreciating that it’s gone!

Here are my features from last week’s party. If you missed that party, you can visit here. Please pin from the original blogs, rather than from the images below. All of my features will be added to my TFT Pinterest board.

    1. Thanks for being here, Jenna! We think the deck is ok, thankfully. There are a few spots that we’re not sure about, but overall I think the stain survived!

  1. Happy October, Pam! Thank you so much for featuring our post! Cooking with our Littles (for each of us that’s our grandkids) creates such special moments that we love sharing with them! We so appreciate your support! Thanks for hosting!

    1. We think the stain is probably ok, Julie, thankfully! We weren’t sure at first because there seem to be a few spots that are a little hazy. But, overall it seems to have survived!
