Thank you for being here for another fun Thursday Favorite Things (TFT) blog hop and link party. I can’t wait to see the entries today.

If the heat wave has hit where you are, I hope you have plenty of working A/C, cool drinks, and not too many outside jobs or errands. Yesterday was brutal here, but today at least it’s overcast,so the heat is much more bearable. It’s a “cool” 87 degrees right now, so that’s much better than the 98 degrees they were predicting. At the blog this week, I shared a guest post, Making the Most of Your Home’s Square Footage. I have quite a bit of practice at that because our previous house was very small. (Cute, but very small!) We loved our huge back yard, but we lacked space inside. I learned many tricks to maximize that space as our family got older. It took years to learn them, though!
