Spring Projects for the Home and TFT #428

Happy Thursday, and welcome to the Thursday Favorite Things link party.  I’m so glad you’re here!

At the end of February, I always start to get a little more cheerful, because spring is getting closer and closer.  We had a bit of snow yesterday, but that didn’t dampen my mood at all.  The days will be getting longer soon!  There will be more sunshine soon!  Can you see me smiling?  Yes, March in St. Louis is always unpredictable – sometimes sunny and spring-like, sometimes, (like last year), cold and gray. But, the hope of spring is so much closer.

Also, in the spring,  I’m always more inclined to want to make some changes in the house.  Change things up a bit, refresh, tackle new projects.  So, with that in mind,

Here are my features from last week’s party:

Ideas and Tips for Creating a Focal Point from Bluesky at Home  (I’m excited about this one, as we have been in our house for 2 years now, and it has no focal points to speak of yet.)

Use Your Vintage Treasures as Side Tables from White Arrows Home  (I started doing this by accident.  “Hmm, I need somewhere to set my coffee. This stack of books will do…”  But the ideas in the post are much cuter than mine, so I’m inspired!)

  7. Happy Early Spring!! I hope March is delightful for you! My birthday is late March, and my favorite thing to do is go to the beach! So I am hoping for nice weather too.
