Amazon Finds – Summer and Early Fall, 2024
Well, I think it’s been over a year since I’ve posted any Amazon finds. That’s especially weird since I do so much of my shopping on Amazon these days. But, here we are, and I have a few good ones to share with you today!

This is a roomy duffel/tote that I bought for a quick trip to Washington, DC this summer. It fit neatly under the seat in front of me on the plane and was the perfect bag for a few nights. It has multiple pockets and a sleeve that you can slide over a rolling luggage handle, if you need more than one piece of luggage. The outside zipper pocket was convenient for my boarding pass, and the inside compartments were practical and kept everything organized. It was perfect for my quick trip.
This is one of those quirky little things that has become one of my favorite kitchen products. When I first saw this online, I wondered why anyone would need it. We can boil eggs in a pot, duh, right? But, I eat hard boiled eggs every day as a quick snack and in my lunch salads, and the reviews were amazing, so I thought I’d give this thing a try. Oh, it’s wonderful. (I’ve only used it for hard boiled eggs, but it can also soft boil, poach, and make omelettes. I’ve never done any of those.) Hard boiled eggs cook perfectly for me in this every time, and the best part is that they just slide right out of their shells. (I put them in cold water as soon as they come out of the cooker.) Peeling hard boiled eggs was always a challenge for me, as sometimes half the egg would be ripped off with the shell, so the easy peeling alone has made my days better. It’s the little things.
Pilot Precise V5 RT Extra-Fine Rolling Ball Pens
I didn’t actually need more pens, but I love the extra-fine tip of these pens. I can fit a lot of notes in a tiny space with them, and they’re smooth. I was always hunting around the house for one of the few that I had. This price is great for 8 of these pens. The colors make me happy, and I no longer have to hunt for one!
Frank Mully Women’s Ballet Flat Shoes
I’m not a “shoe person.” I don’t require a lot of pairs of shoes, and I don’t like to have to store them. I did need at least one more pair, though. These are simple, lightweight flats that I wear with jeans a lot. They have a knit upper that gives them some nice texture, and they’re comfortable. Not super cushiony, but they’re not stiff and are easy to wear. I wear them often.
ESV Value Thinline Bible, Raspberry Floral Design
I had been carrying my biggish study Bible to church each week, and it was kind of heavy to bring along. This simple Bible – not a study bible but does have a concordance – is perfectly portable and has a 10 point font, so it’s easy to read. It’s a great value and pretty, too. I love it.

Hi Linda, Thanks so much for hosting your great link party. I’m very “thrifty,” so I was thrilled with the prices on all of these items! Thank you for your comment!
