I hope you’ve all had a good week. Our weather has been great, and the peonies are blooming. I didn’t even notice the peonies at first because they’re on the side of the house. Usually I see them as I drive into our driveway, but this year I was oblivious, until quite a few had already bloomed.
My husband and I took a quick road trip last weekend and enjoyed a minor league baseball game, some pretty scenery, and our traditional taffy stop at Redmon’s (southwest Missouri.) “Famous for Clean Bathrooms.” 😄 Actually, the bathrooms there are amazing, but I really like the candy!
At the blog this week, I republished an old post about how to make a raised bed garden from cinder blocks. Ours was really small, but I’ve seen some really big ones, made the same way.
